On the trip back we just had to introduce Hartleigh to the beach. Cecil and I absolutely LOVE the beach and the ocean so it just didn't seem right to go a summer without at least getting our toes in the sand and wet in the ocean. So we made a quick stop in Pensacola Beach Fl and spent a few minutes on the beach. Hartleigh didn't seem impressed at all. She didn't like the sun in her eyes and I don't blame her. We looked several places for her a pair of sunglasses and a hat but couldn't find anything that would fit her (which I found suprising since we were in Florida). But we didn't torture her long. Just long enough to stretch and take a few pictures and say we were there.

Ms. Hartleigh is a very lucky girl. She saw the beach when she was just 2 months old while her Daddy and I were both in high school (I had actually just graduated) before we stepped foot on a beach. I hope she grows to like it as much as we do.
