Hartleigh update

I just wanted to let yall know what little miss Hartleigh is up to these days. She is getting to be miss personality. I think she may give all the Ferrell kids a run for their money in this department! She is so nosy! She has to know everything that is going on. And I mean everything. She is not crawling yet but why would you need to when you can roll wherever you want to go. You have to watch out because you never know when there will be a rolling baby under your feet. She is also sitting up so good by herself, a little longer each day. She can even pull herself up into a sitting position if she is in her boppy seat. She also loves water. I have started bathing her in the tub without her baby bathtub so that she sit up and play in the water a little while. The other day she kept pulling away from me until I let her lay down in the tub on her belly (of course there isn't enough water in the tub to drown her) and she started moving her arms and legs like she was swimming. It was the wildest thing ever! She has learned all kinds of new noises and she doesn't mind using them. She is incredibly vocal. She likes to look at the world upside down. She loves to laugh and make you laugh. She enjoys watching GAC (country music videos). She loves to go, go, go. Sometimes we have to just ride her around because she gets tired of just seeing the same old stuff at home. She is beginning to remind us so much of Charleigh Cadence that it is SCARY! We miss you guys and can't wait to see all of you again!

Good loving!

She gives the best loving ever! If you tell her to give you a kiss she will grab your face and put her open mouth on your cheek which means you get slobber all over your face. It's GREAT! Looks like Pop really enjoyed it!

She has gotten so good at sitting up by herself. She doesn't like to lay down anymore, she'd rather sit up in the middle of things.

She is enjoying her Baby Einstein video. She loves it when the puppets come on. She just laughs and laughs at them. She also likes Sesame Street.

She was holding her foot while she slept. So cute I just had to get a picture.

"Mom, quit taking pictures of me while I'm trying to sleep."

Eating a Baby Mum mum. Learning to feed herself a little bit.

She was playing with one toy with her hands and playing with another with her foot. There is never a dull moment with Hartleigh Jo here. She is such a character.

Monkey Feet

She uses her feet as hands. When she can't get something with her hands she uses her feet. Now when she can't get the bottle high enough to get something out of it she uses her feet to get it high enough. She also likes to hang upside down now. What did I give birth to? Human or Monkey?

Visiting Great Grandmother!

She looks drunk in this picture!

Why do you have my elephant, Grandmother?

We tried to get Grandmother to take a picture with Hartleigh but she refused because her hair wasn't done. LOl!
